The T handled torque wrench is used specifically to tighten down a take down clamp to create a watertight seal between the connector and pipe.   This wrench has a torque value of 60in/lbs.

The black handled L shaped torque wrench is used specifically for the expansion of the G3 band to fit into an existing cored or cast hole.   This wrench has a torque value of 25ft/lbs.
